In November 25^th S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan state university are conducting the republican scientific and practical conference of students and young scientists "Development of science among young people is a basis of formation of the intellectual nation".

Invited guests of the conference are Thorsten Janus, PhD doctor (Wyoming university, USA) and Nikolay Oskorbin, candidate of Technology, assisting professor of the department of theoretical cybernetics and applied mathematics (Altay State University, Russia).

Within the conference the discussion of questions on the following directions is planned:

1. Economic transformations: role of youth and legal aspects of a question.

2. Exact sciences as instrument of the industrialization of society.

3. Urgent problems of the social and humanitarian science through a prism of student's views.

4. Innovative priorities in development of the identity of the student.

For participation in the work of the conference pupils of schools and colleges, students, undergraduates and young scientists are invited.

Work languages of the conference are Kazakh, Russian, English and Chinese.
