Acceptance of documents continues until August 09, 2021.

To apply for participation in the entrance exam to the doctoral program, the applicant must:
1) Go to the website app.testcenter.kz/ and select the interface language;

2) Register in the application system by e-mail (in the letter received from the National Testing Center, it is mandatory to confirm the e-mail);

3) Log in using the received username and password in the application system (you can not delete the letter where the username and password are specified);

The Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the start of the competition for the award of the grant "Tauelsizdik urpaktary".

As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence, 30 grants will be awarded this year in the amount of 3 million tenge for each grant.
