The meaning, rules, and usefulness of Networking were studied by the employees of SIC "Altaytanu", Ph.D. N.L. Krasnobaeva and Ph.D. in Social Sciences, E.O. Stolyarova in conducting a series of regional seminars "Networking - video blogging" in cooperation with East Kazakhstan Region and the House of Friendship - the Center of Public Consent"UVP of East Kazakhstan Region.

During the seminar, the participants were told that it is necessary to fill out their profile in social networks as much as possible, this is how more trust arises in a person. Before going to a meeting, people will study and evaluate the personality according to the profile, in order to understand "whether it is worth spending time on acquaintance." In addition, a variety of networking can stimulate new ways of thinking, connect with people whose views, ideas, resources and life experiences differ from their own.

It is worth noting that seminars were held in cities and districts of the region, during which they attracted the attention of representatives of different age and social groups - from college students to pensioners. Topical issues of intercultural interaction in the modern information space were raised: the responsibility of bloggers and participants in Internet discussions, problems of communicative conflicts, media coverage of the processes of intercultural interaction in modern Kazakhstan.

The participants, in turn, raised acute problems, offered solutions by the efforts of each active citizen and various public associations.
