Vasilisa Bedayeva, a student of Ridder School-Lyceum №1, received a 100% discount for the academic year 2023-2024 during the regional Olympiad in psychology among 11th grade students of schools in the East Kazakhstan Oblast and Abay Oblast. The organizers were the faculty of the Department of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy of Amanzholov University.

In the first stage, the participants solved practical tasks on the basics of psychology, and in the second stage, they showed a presentation, "Psychology - the profession of the future" and worked out the cases.
According to the results of the Olympiad Vasilisa Bedayeva became the owner of Grand Prix with the right to get a 100% discount for 2023-2024 academic year at Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

The first place was taken by Angelina Misyurina, the pupil of secondary school No. 39 named after Y. Altynsarin of Ust-Kamenogorsk city and Zhansaya Kurbekova, the pupil of school No. 3 named after Dinmukhamed Kunayev of Ridder city.

The second places were distributed between pupils of secondary schools № 4 named after Sagadat Nurmagambetov, Ust-Kamenogorsk Angelina Novikova, № 19, Semey Karina Ramazanova, № 47, Ust-Kamenogorsk Tozhan Kanatova.

Students of secondary comprehensive school No. 37 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city Adel Abdrakhmanova, school-center of additional education No. 19 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city Adelina Kuzhataeva, regional specialized IT-school-lyceum Valeria Zhilina, secondary school No. 8 of Altay city Valeria Masalimova received the third places.

In addition, winners in the nominations were identified. The best presentation "Psychology - future profession" was made by Alexandra Serkova, pupil of school-lyceum No. 34 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, nomination "Psychology Expert" was awarded to Aruzhan Askhat, pupil of secondary school No. 35 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city and Valeria Philippova, pupil of regional centre school No. 4 named after Sagadat Nurmagambetov.
